Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

32 oz Frozen Corn
8 oz Cream Cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker. You do not need to stir at this time.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir every hour to prevent burning and to help the cream cheese melt.
  3. Once finished, remove to a serving bowl, and serve warm or keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve. Enjoy!
  4. Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
  5. Recipe can be doubled if needed.
