Creamed Corn Casserole

1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can Creamed Corn
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Stick Butter, melted
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.
  2. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread to the sides.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve warm.
