Creamed Corn Casserole

|1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix|
|1 Can Creamed Corn|
|2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained|
|1 Cup Sour Cream|
|1 Stick Butter, melted|
|2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded|
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread to the sides.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm.
