Chicken Bacon Ranch Meatloaf





Ingredients:
| 1 lb Ground Chicken |
| 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs |
| 1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion |
| 1 oz Package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix |
| 3 oz Real Bacon Bits, divided |
| 1 Egg, lightly beaten |
| 1 Cup Shredded Colby Cheese |
| Ranch Dressing, for topping and serving |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. This will help you easily lift out the meatloaf when done cooking. Reserve ¼ cup of bacon bits.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, dried onion, ranch seasoning, remaining bacon bits, and egg. Mix well to combine.
- Add to the loaf pan and press into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese and ¼ cup of bacon bits over the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and use the parchment to carefully remove the meatloaf from the pan. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Slice and serve with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping (optional). Enjoy!
