Slow Cooker BBQ Root Beer Baby Back Ribs

|3 lbs Extra Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs|
|18 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce|
|8 oz Root Beer, any brand, not diet soda|
|Salt & Pepper|
- Season each side of the ribs with salt and pepper. Cut the rack of ribs in half and place in the slow cooker.
- Combine the BBQ sauce and Root Beer in a small bowl. Reserve ½ cup. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until an internal temperature of 190-200 degrees F is reached. Baste the ribs every hour or so with the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Turn off the slow cooker and remove the ribs to a serving platter. Brush on the reserved ½ cup of sauce. Serve and enjoy!
