Slow Cooker BBQ Root Beer Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbs Extra Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs
18 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce
8 oz Root Beer, any brand, not diet soda
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Season each side of the ribs with salt and pepper. Cut the rack of ribs in half and place in the slow cooker.
Combine the BBQ sauce and Root Beer in a small bowl. Reserve ½ cup. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until an internal temperature of 190-200 degrees F is reached. Baste the ribs every hour or so with the sauce in the slow cooker.
Turn off the slow cooker and remove the ribs to a serving platter. Brush on the reserved ½ cup of sauce. Serve and enjoy!
