Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Espresso Vanilla Liqueur
1 oz Instant Espresso, prepared
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
4 oz Hollow Chocolate Easter Bunny
Ice
Directions:
Use a sharp knife to gently slice off the bunny ears. Keep the chocolate bunny wrapped or unwrapped, personal preference on how to serve. Eat or discard the chocolate ears.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, espresso liqueur, espresso (prepared according to package instructions), and cinnamon. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a measuring cup (you want something with a lip to pour).
Carefully pour into the hollow chocolate bunny. Add a straw and any garnishes of choice. Enjoy!
