Key Lime Pie Rice Krispie Bars

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
12 oz Mini Marshmallows
6 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal
1 Cup Graham Crackers, crushed, plus more for topping
Zest and Juice from 1 Lime
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Crush the graham crackers. Zest and juice the lime. Set aside.
Add the Rice Krispie cereal and graham cracker crumbs to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows, lime zest, and lime juice and stir until completely melted and combined.
Pour over the cereal and stir until fully coated. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Pour into the prepared baking pan and press into an even layer, all the way to the side. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the top. Set aside to set.
Once set, cut into squares, and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container. Use wax paper in between layers if stacking in the container to prevent sticking.
