Peach, Prosciutto, & Ricotta Bruschetta

1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
3-4 oz Prosciutto
1 Peach, thinly sliced
Honey, for drizzling
Chopped Basil, for topping
French Loaf or Baguette, about 8-10 slices


  1. Bake the bread according to package instructions. Let cool slightly and slice into 8-10 slices.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on each slice of bread.
  3. Top with prosciutto and a few slices of peaches.
  4. Drizzle with honey and garnish with chopped basil.
  5. Serve and enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
