Snickerdoodle Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Caramel
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Ice

Directions:

  1. Combine 2 Tbsp sugar with 1 Tsp cinnamon to create a cinnamon sugar mixture.
  2. Add the caramel to one plate and the cinnamon sugar to another plate. Dip a martini glass into the caramel then into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim. Repeat with the second martini glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, heavy cream, and last Tsp of cinnamon.
  4. Shake vigorously then strain into the martini glasses. Garnish with whipped cream. Enjoy!
