Fruit Salad Martini





Serves 6
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1/4 fresh cantaloupe, cut in small chunks+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut in small chunks+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 small watermelon, cut in small chunks+ Add to Shopping List |
1 pint fresh raspberries+ Add to Shopping List |
1 mango, cut in small chunks+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup fresh ginger juice+ Add to Shopping List |
4 tablespoons lime juice+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- To make ginger juice, buy fresh gingerroot, about 1/4 lb. Use a hand cheese shredder to shred ginger with skin on. Place ginger meat in cheesecloth or just just by hand and squeeze juice into bowl. Add lime juice to ginger and set aside.
