Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream |
| 1 1/2 Cups Half & Half |
| 1 Cup Sugar |
| 1 Tsp Almond Extract |
| 1/3 Cup Maraschino Cherry Juice, from jar |
| 1 Cup Maraschino Cherries, chopped |
| 1 Bottle Chocolate Magic Shell |
Directions:
- Add the whipping cream, half & half, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine and dissolve the sugar. Add the almond extract and cherry juice. Stir to combine.
- Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
- Add the chopped cherries and slowly pour in the entire bottle of chocolate while the ice cream continues to churn. The ice cream will harden the chocolate and the churning will break it into tiny pieces.
- Pour the ice cream into a freezer safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
- Serve and enjoy!
