Coffee Ice Cream Infused with Whiskey

3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Baker's Sugar
2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Coffee, cooled
2 Tbsp Whiskey


  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, coffee, and whiskey. Whisk to combine.
  3. Place the ice cream bowl on the stand mixer. Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer bowl and turn the mixer on. Let churn for 40 minutes, until thickened.
  4. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours to let harden and set. Enjoy!
