Ingredients:
| 1 Box Near East Original Couscous |
| 2 Cups Broth, Stock, or Water |
| 1 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| Zest of 1 Lemon |
| Juice from 1 Lemon, about 1/3 cup |
| 1 Cup Grated Parmesan, plus more for topping |
| Parsley, chopped, for topping |
Directions:
- Zest and juice the lemon. Mince the garlic. Chop the parsley.
- Prepare the entire box of couscous, according to package instructions.
- Add to the couscous to a large mixing bowl and fluff with a fork. Add the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese, and stir to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
- Store any leftover in an airtight container in the fridge.
