Ingredients:
| 12 Jalapenos |
| 6 oz Cream Cheese, softened |
| 6 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 1 Tsp Paprika |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Cumin |
| 6 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
- Remove the tops only of the jalapenos. Core out the inside and remove any seeds. Slice in half, lengthwise. Set aside.
- Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and bacon crumbles in a small bowl. You want the mixture to be well blended.
- Add the mixture to the center of each jalapeno.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the jalapenos to the basket. Do not overlap, work in batches.
- Air fry at 375 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Smaller jalapenos will be closer to 5 or 6 minutes, larger jalapenos will be closer to 6-7 minutes. The jalapenos will be tender, and the filling will be warmed through and melted.
- Use tongs to carefully remove the jalapenos to a serving platter. Continue air frying until all jalapenos have been cooked. Serve immediately while still hot. Enjoy!
