Ingredients:
| 2 Potatoes, washed and sliced into 8 wedges, each |
| 16 Strips of Bacon |
| 2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 1 Tsp Black Pepper |
| Top the Tater or Sour Cream, for dipping |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the potatoes and slice into 8 wedges. Place in a Ziploc bag.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and toss to coat.
- Remove from the bag and wrap a piece of bacon around each potato wedge. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and tender and the bacon is crisp. Flip the potatoes after 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Serve with Top the Tater or sour cream on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
