Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella

Serves 18


Ingredients:

3 thin slices prosciutto
8 oz Mozzarella Ball, cut into 18 quarter size pieces
Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Slice each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 6 thin strips.
  2. Wrap mozzarella piece and secure with a wooden pick.
  3. Plate and drizzle balsamic vinegar over top of picked mozzarella and prosciutto pieces.
  4. Enjoy with a glass of Chianti.
