Buddy the Elf Spaghetti Bars

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
6 oz White Chocolate Chips
16 oz Bag Marshmallows
18 oz Chow Mein Noodles
7.25 oz Chocolate Magic Shell Sauce
Marshmallow Bits (not mini marshmallows), for topping
Rainbow Sprinkles, for topping
Mini M&Ms, for topping

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the chow mein noodles in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the white chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir to combine and continue to heat and stir until completely melted and combined. Pour over the chow mein noodles and stir to coat.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer.
  4. Pour the chocolate sauce (Magic Shell) evenly over the top. Sprinkle marshmallow bits, rainbow sprinkles, and mini-M&Ms over the top.
  5. Let sit so the bars can firm up and the chocolate sauce can harden. Once ready, slice, serve, and enjoy!
