Ingredients:

2 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Bell Peppers, any colors+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Green Onions+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Cornstarch+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1 lb Flank Steak+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Beef or Chicken Broth+ Add to Shopping List |
White Rice, for serving+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Prepare your ingredients. Slice the bell peppers into 1-inch pieces. Slice the green onions. Mince the garlic. Slice the steak into 1–2-inch pieces.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Add the hoisin sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and vegetable oil to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add the steak and stir to coat.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak and spread into a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook on the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add the bell peppers and stir to combine. Add the broth and continue to cook until the bell peppers are tender, and the steak is just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the steak and peppers over rice. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
