Pink Champagne Float

Ingredients:

Raspberry Sherbet
3/4 Cup Sprite or 7-Up
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
Champagne
Fresh Raspberries, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add 2 scoops of raspberry sherbet to 2 lowball glasses.
  2. Combine the Sprite or 7-Up and the pineapple juice in a measuring cup. Stir to combine then pour over the sherbet, evenly dividing between the 2 glasses.
  3. Top with champagne.
  4. Garnish each with a few raspberries.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
