Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard Glazed Ham with Grilled Apples

Ingredients:
12 lb. smoked cured ham
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons Rothschild Champagne Garlic Mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 90 minutes. In a bowl combine the brown sugar, mustards, honey, and vinegar and spread half of the glaze evenly over ham. Bake for another 20 minutes and spread with the rest of the glaze. Bake another 15 minutes.
Transfer ham to a platter and let stand 15 minutes before carving.
Grilled Apples:
6 Honey Crisp Apples, quartered and cored but not peeled
Olive oil
Cinnamon
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Brush prepared apples with olive and sprinkle with cinnamon, and salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high and grill apples about 4 minutes on each side or until slightly soft and caramelized. Serve each person two apple quarters with the ham.
