Individual Irish Coffee Pudding Cups (with Liquor)

Ingredients:
Approximately 30 2oz Plastic Cups with Lids 3.4 oz Box Instant Chocolate Pudding 1 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup Irish Whiskey 1/4 Cup Kahlua 1/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream 8 oz Tub Cool Whip, thawed Whipped Cream, for topping Green Sprinkles, for topping
Directions: Add the pudding and milk to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add the whiskey, Kahlua, and Bailey’s. Stir to combine. Fold in the Cool Whip and stir until completely blended and smooth. Spoon into the plastic cups, filling about 2/3 full, and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. If refrigerating overnight, add the covers to the cups. When ready to serve, add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkles to each pudding cup. Serve and enjoy! Leftovers should be stored in the fridge. Use the lids to make the cups easier to stack.
