Rock Candy Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda, for topping
Ice
1 Rock Candy Stick

Directions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, triple sec or Cointreau, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to a lowball glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a rock candy stick (doubles as a cocktail stirrer). Enjoy!
