Ingredients:
MARTINI INGREDIENTS
1 oz Chocolate Vodka
1 oz Strawberry Vodka
1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup (ingredients below)
1/2 oz Milk or Half & Half
Ice
Strawberry or Chocolate Covered Strawberry, for garnish
STRAWBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
Make the strawberry simple syrup. Combine the water, sugar, strawberries (hulled), and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until simmering, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the mixture into the strainer. This will remove any large chunks. Discard the chunks and transfer the syrup to a jar or airtight container. This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the chocolate vodka, strawberry vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream, strawberry simple syrup, and milk (or half & half).
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled then strain into the chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with a strawberry or chocolate covered strawberry (directions below) and enjoy!
***To make chocolate covered strawberries, simply heat a small amount of chocolate in a microwave safe dish until melted and smooth. Dip a strawberry in the chocolate until all sides are coated (except for the top) and place on wax or parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
