Turkey Cheddar Melts on Pretzel Buns

Ingredients:
1 lb Honey Turkey, deli sliced
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices of Bacon
Dijon Mustard
4 Pretzel Buns
Directions:
Cook the bacon according to package instructions and remove to a paper towel lined plate.
Heat a griddle pan over medium low heat. Add the turkey, portioned into 4 equal size piles, and heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes per side.
Add a slice of cheese to each and continue to warm until melted.
Using a separate skillet, toast the buns, open face side down, until lightly golden brown. Remove from the skillet and spread Dijon mustard over each half.
Add a portion of turkey/melted cheese to each. Add 2 slices of bacon on top of the cheese, then add the top half of the bun.
