Turkey Cheddar Melts on Pretzel Buns





Ingredients:
| 1 lb Honey Turkey, deli sliced |
| 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese |
| 8 Slices of Bacon |
| Dijon Mustard |
| 4 Pretzel Buns |
Directions:
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions and remove to a paper towel lined plate.
- Heat a griddle pan over medium low heat. Add the turkey, portioned into 4 equal size piles, and heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add a slice of cheese to each and continue to warm until melted.
- Using a separate skillet, toast the buns, open face side down, until lightly golden brown. Remove from the skillet and spread Dijon mustard over each half.
- Add a portion of turkey/melted cheese to each. Add 2 slices of bacon on top of the cheese, then add the top half of the bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
