Ingredients:
| 4 Cups Bread Flour |
| 3 Tsp Instant Yeast |
| 2 Tsp Salt |
| 5 Tbsp Liquid Honey |
| 1/3 Cup Olive Oil |
| 2 Large Eggs |
| 2/3 Cup Water |
| 1 Egg Yolk, for brushing |
Directions:
- Add the flour, yeast and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, 2 eggs, and water.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with the stand mixer running. Once combined, continue to knead for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide into 5 equal sized pieces and stretch into strands. Pinch the strands together at one end, braid, and pinch the strands together at the end to finish the braid.
- Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush the bread with egg yolk and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy hot or at room temperature. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
