Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Honey
1/3 Cup BBQ or Honey BBQ Sauce, brand of choice
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6-inch Tortillas, for serving
Shredded Lettuce, for serving
Shredded Cheddar, for serving
Diced Onion, for serving
Directions:
Slice the chicken and add to a Ziploc bag. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Add to the Ziploc bag, seal, and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate the chicken.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until completely cooked through. Remove to a plate.
Using the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the honey, BBQ sauce, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Continue to warm for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, add to tortillas and top with lettuce, cheese, and onion. Enjoy!
