Ingredients:
| 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1 Tsp Paprika |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| Olive Oil |
| 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter |
| 4 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard |
| 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes |
| 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley, plus more for garnish |
Directions:
- Add the chicken to a Ziploc bag along with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Seal and toss to coat.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Remove to a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and stir to combine. Let cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the lemon juice, Dijon, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat. Let cool for an additional 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- When ready to serve, garnish with additional parsley. Enjoy!
