Deluxe Applewood Smoked Cheddar Grilled Cheese Sandwich

|1/2 lb Carr Valley ApplewoodSmoked Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced|
|8 slices Applewood smoked bacon, cooked crisp and drained on paper towels|
|1 Braeburn apple, cored and thinly sliced|
|8 slices Apple Walnut Bread|
|Festival Golden Honey Mustard|
|1/2 cup soft butter for grilling|
- Lay two slices of the smoked cheddar cheese on one slice of bread; two slices of cooked bacon, breaking up into pieces to fit evenly on the bread; about 4 slices of the Braeburn apple; and top with another 2 slices of cheese. Spread the top slice of bread evenly with honey mustard and lay on top of the second cheese layer. Repeat with remaining three sandwiches.
- Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a large 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, butter the outside of each sandwich bread top. When butter is melted and bubbles, lay sandwiches unbuttered side down in melted butter in pan. Toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove with spatula from pan and place on platter to cool about 2 minutes. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm.
