Fresh Strawberries with Crème Fraiche Fruit Dip

Serves 8


Ingredients:

1 container Crème Fraiche
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:

  1. Whisk first three ingredients together in a medium bowl and allow 10 minutes for sugar to dissolve. Whisk again and drizzle over sliced fresh strawberries or other fresh fruit.
  2. Will keep two days in the fridge in an airtight container.
