Bruschetta, Cucumber and Avocado





Serves 6
Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes, seeded & chopped+ Add to Shopping List |

2 cloves garlic, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup avocado oil+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
- With both recipes, simply combine all ingredients together, toss gently and serve!
- You can also let your bruschetta sit at room temperature for up to 2 hours before you serve. It's good for the flavors to get to know each other.
