Sausage Asiago Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients:
1 large Ultimate Whole Grain Pizza Crust, by Rustic Crust Co.
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb Festival fresh Italian sausage, bulk ground
8 oz Crimini mushrooms, sliced
2 cups shredded Fontiago cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place skillet on medium heat. Add sausage and when cooked halfway add sliced mushrooms. Cook together until sausage is cooked through.
Combine olive oil & fresh garlic. Spread over top of crust. Sprinkle on sausage mushroom mixture, then top wth cheese, salt and pepper. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes until cheese is golden. Serve immediately!
