Grilled Summer Pizza - 2 ways!

Ingredients:
1 refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
Have all of your pizza toppings ready before you grill the crust!
Heat grill to medium heat. Brush unbaked pizza dough with olive oil and place directly on grill rack. Turn crust over when starting to turn light brown and grill marks show. Now start placing your pizza ingredients on top, cover and finish cooking until cheeses are melted.

Prepared basil pesto
Roasted red bell peppers, diced
Provolone and Parmesan cheeses
After turning crust over on grill, spread pesto on crust, sprinkle on peppers and cheese and finish cooking.
Pizza #2
Caramelized onion
Capocollo ham, sliced
Serdo gorgonzola, crumbled
Rosemary, chopped
Cook 1 julienned onion in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar on medium heat until dark brown in color, set aside to cool. After turning crust on grill, sprinkle onions, ham, cheese, rosemary and finish cooking.
