Cocoa Spice Rub and Pomegranate Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin, cut in half
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus2 tablespoons for cooking
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients except oil together in small bowl. Place pork tenderloin in baking dish, rub with oil, then rub in the cocoa spice mixture.
In skillet on high heat add oil. When hot, add pork and sear on all sides, about 2 minutes. Place in 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Remove, let sit 10 minutes, then cut to serve.
Pomegranate Sauce:
16 oz pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup chives, chopped
Pour into saucepan, bring to boil and reduce by half. Whisk in butter, turn off heat, add chives and salt to taste.
