Hot Italian Sausage Dago

Serves 6


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lb fresh Festival Hot Italian Sausage
1 jar Classico 4-Cheese Pasta Sauce
1/2 yellow onion, diced
4 cups shredded provolone and/or mozzarella
6 Fresh hoagie buns, or 12 slices garlic bread

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium het. Add onion and sausage. Cook until brown and fully cooked. Add sauce, bring to boil, then turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Place on toasted buns, sprinkle with cheese and serve!
