Spicy Orange Dipping Sauce

Serves 1 cup


Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange marmelade
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sambal
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in sauce pan on stove at medium heat. Bring to small boil, then turn down heat and simmer 2 minutes. The sauce is ready for dipping!
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and use for fresh spring rolls, egg rolls or wontons! Great glaze for chicken as well.
