Crab Cake Burgers with Chipotle Aioli

Serves 4


Ingredients:

4 White or Whole Wheat Dollar Buns, (from Bakery)
4 Mini Crab Cakes, (from Meat Dept.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
  1. Melt oil and butter in skillet on medium high heat. Add crab cakes and fry each side until golden brown. Serve warm on buns with sauce.
Chipotle Aioli:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sauce from Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Combine all ingredients together in small bowl and chill until ready to serve!
