Southwestern T-Bone with Chipotle Steak Butter





Serves 4
Ingredients:

4 T-bone steaks+ Add to Shopping List |
Olive oil+ Add to Shopping List |
Southwest seasoning or rub+ Add to Shopping List |
Sea salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Rub steaks all over with olive oil and sprinkle with rub, salt and pepper. Cook on each side for about 7 to 8 minutes for medium. Remove to a platter and cover with foil to keep warm and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Place two to three tablespoons of Chipotle Steak Butter on each warm steak.

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
4 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon lime zest+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List |
- Combine all ingredients and mix until evenly blended.
