Salted Butterscotch Budino Fudge

Ingredients:
1 bag white chocolate chips, (12 oz.)
1 bag butterscotch baking chips, (12 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk, (14 oz.)
1 teaspoon flaked sea salt, plus more for topping
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending over sides of pan; coat lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
Preheat a large heavy saucepan over low heat. Add both bags of baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 1tsp. sea salt. Heat until completely melted and creamy, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth top. Sprinkle top evenly with more flaked sea salt and press lightly with back of spoon so the salt sticks to the top of the fudge.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of foil. Cut into squares and serve.
