Cranberry Orange Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
| 1 tablespoon butter+ Add to Shopping List |
| 8 eggs, whisked and seasoned with salt and pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
| 8 slices Taste of Scandinavia Cranberry Orange Bread, toasted+ Add to Shopping List |
| 4 slices Cheddar or American cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
| 4 slices Ham+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and eggs. Reduce heat to medium-low and scramble eggs until curds form a light and fluffy texture; remove from heat. Divide cooked eggs into 4 equal amounts for sandwiches.
- Layer eggs on 4 slices toasted Cranberry Orange Bread with 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham each. Close together with remaining toasted bread slices and serve warm.
