Apple Crisp with MontAmoré

Ingredients:
5 lb. apples (blend of Pink Lady, Gala and Honey Crisp) 10 oz Sartori MontAmoré cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons orange zest 1 tablespoon lemon zest 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions: Peel and core apples. Slice into wedges. Combine the apples, zest, juice, cheese, and spices. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine the oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and butter in a mixer or food processor until crumbly (butter will be pea size). Scatter crumb mixture over the apple mixture. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour, or until the apples are very tender and the dessert is hot and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
