Ingredients:
| 2 heads Romaine Lettuce, Chopped Bite Size |
| 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped Bite Size |
| 1 Radicchio Leaf Vegetable, Chopped Bite Size (Optional - Adds color and a bite and spiciness too) |
| 2 Ripe Tomatoes, Diced |
| 1 bunch Green Onions, Diced |
| 1 Large Avocado, Diced |
| 1 package Blue Cheese Crumbles, (4 oz.) |
| 1 jar Brianna's Poppyseed Dressing |
| 1 package Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon Bits Plastic Package or Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon, Chopped Bite Size (Optional - Create a meatless salad) |
| 1 package Dried Cranberries |
| 1 Rotisserie Chicken, Pulled and Chopped Bite Size (Optional - Create a meatless salad) |
Directions:
- Clean and chop or dice all ingredients as needed. Place lettuce and radicchio in large bowl. Add the rotisserie chicken. Then add half of the tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese and bacon bits to the lettuce. Pour half of the jar of dressing over the top of all ingredients and toss them together until dressing and ingredients are mixed well. Then top the mixed salad with the other half of the tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese and bacon bits. Then finish with the avocado and the dried cranberries.
