BBQ Pot Roast Sandwiches





Serves 12
Ingredients:
| 2 lbs. Beef chuck roast or pork shoulder roast |
| 1 cup chopped onion |
| 18 oz Packaged BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce |
| Prepared Coleslaw, for topping, if desired |
| Butter toasted buns, for serving |
Directions:
- Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle onions on top of roast and pour packaged BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce over roast. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove and discard any fat or bones from roast. Shred meat with two forks and toss with sauce in bottom of slow cooker. Place a generous amount of shredded BBQ beef or pork on butter toasted buns and top with coleslaw, if desired.
