Stout Pancakes with Bananas and Walnuts

Ingredients:
1 cup Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat Stout
1 cup soy milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups flour, (White, Whole Wheat or mixture-depending on consistency)
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oil or butter
2 bananas, sliced, for topping, optional
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, for topping, optional
maple syrup, for topping, optional
Directions:
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Top pancakes with sliced bananas and chopped walnuts and serve with warm butter and syrup.
