Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin puree, (15 oz.)
1 can evaporated milk, (12 oz.)
3 large eggs
1 cup white sugar
4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 package yellow cake mix, (18.25 oz.) divided use
3/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, spice and 1 1/2 cups yellow cake mix. Mix well, and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining dry yellow cake mix over the top; drizzle with melted butter and top with walnuts.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into 12 squares and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
