Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2 cups all-purpose flour+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon baking powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 teaspoon salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon sugar, or substitute 2 cups pancake/waffle mix for all above+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice+ Add to Shopping List |
2 eggs+ Add to Shopping List |
1 3/4 cups milk+ Add to Shopping List |
3 tablespoons melted butter, plus 1 tablespoon for frying+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Sift together dry angredients with pumpkin spice in large bowl. In separate bowl whisk eggs and milk. Add 3 Tbsp. melted butter and pumpkin to egg mixture and whisk together. Pour wet over dry and stir until blended. A few lumps are okay!
- Heat remaining butter on griddle over medium-high heat and pour 1/4 cup for each pancake, flipping when bubbles form on top. Serve with spiced butter and real maple syrup!
