Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
2 lb. Our Own Mom's Meatloaf 2 tablespoons butter 1 large sweet yellow onion, finely chopped 1 package sliced fresh mushrooms, (8 oz.) 2 cloves large garlic, minced 1 can low-sodium beef broth, (14.5 oz.) 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup, (10.5 oz.) 1 cup milk or half and half Sea salt, to taste Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions: Shape Mom's Meatloaf mix into 8 oval-shaped patties. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown patties on both sides until deep golden brown, about 4 minutes per side; transfer to platter. Add butter to same pan and add onions and mushrooms and sauté until lightly browned, about 5 minutes; stir in garlic and cook a minute more. Add beef broth, mushroom soup, and milk and bring to a boil. Place browned patties back in pan; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 to 30 minutes. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper and serve over mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles. Chef's note: To enhance flavor of gravy add 1/2 cup white or red wine and a few fresh thyme sprigs to sauce before simmering.
