Raspberry Shooter Tartlets

Serves 30 mini tarts


Ingredients:

1 package Mini Nilla Wafer cookies
Mascarpone cheese
1 package fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried
Alessi Raspberry Infused Balsamic Reduction

Directions:

  1. Spread mini cookies with a generous dollop of mascarpone cheese. Top with an inverted raspberry so the hole in the berry is facing upward. Fill the raspberry hole with the Alessi Raspberry Infused Balsamic Reduction.
  2. These are wonderful for a one-bite mini dessert tray-easy summer entertaining!
