Ingredients:
| 8 oz cream cheese, softened |
| 1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg Cheese |
| 2 scallions (green onions), white and some green parts, thinly sliced |
| 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
| 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay or Creole Seasoning |
| 2 teaspoons cocktail sauce |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard |
| Freshly ground pepper |
| 12 oz. cooked snow crab meat, cartilage removed, or 12 oz. canned lump crab meat (not imitation) |
| 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the first 10 ingredients. Fold in crab meat. Spread evenly in prepared casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve with toasted sliced baguettes and crackers.
