Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz.) lean ground turkey
1 cup fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1 large fresh Jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1 package Original flavor Hidden Valley Ranch dry Dressing mix
1 package Chicken Taco Seasoning
1 1/4 cup finely shredded Sharp Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese
Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado or Salsa Ranch Salad Dressing, for topping
Sliced fresh Avocado, for topping, optional
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing and gently mix well until completely incorporated. Form into 4 equal-sized patties. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before grilling. This will help to hold burgers together when you place them on the hot grill. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grill well.
Grill burgers 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. and the outside is nicely charred and crispy. Transfer burgers to platter and tent with foil; let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm on butter toasted burger buns with dressing of your choice and sliced avocado if you like.
