French Rib Eye Steaks





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 rib eye steaks, (12 oz)about 11/2 inches thick |
| Salt, to taste |
| Freshly ground pepper, to taste |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup canola oil |
| 1/4 cup bottled French Salad Dressing, (the dark orange stuff) |
| 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic |
Directions:
- Place the steaks in a pan large enough to hold them; set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients; pour over steaks and coat evenly on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight.
- Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steaks from pan, place on grill, and discard marinade. Close grill lid and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer steaks to platter; let rest 5 minutes. Season to taste, with salt and freshly ground pepper.
