Ingredients:
| 4 ears fresh corn |
| Pesto Corn, see recipe below |
| Spanish Corn, see recipe below |
| Buffalo Corn, see recipe below |
- Husk the corn, stripping the husks and removing the silk completely.
- Brush the corn lightly with oil. Grill over medium heat, turning until lightly charred; about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Top with your flavor of choice from above.

| Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
- Brush grilled corn with Gramps and Sammies Pesto from the Deli and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan Cheese.
| 3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
| 1 clove garlic, grated |
| Grated manchego, for topping |
| Smoked paprika, for topping |
- Spanish Corn ~ Mix 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise(Hellman's) and 1 grated Garlic Clove. Brush mayonnaise on grilled corn, then sprinkle with grated Manchego and Smoked Paprika.
| 6 tablespoons melted butter |
| 3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce |
| Crumbled blue cheese |
- Whisk 6tablespoonsmelted Butter with 3tablespoonsof Buffalo Wing Sauce. Brush mixture on grilled corn, then sprinkle with crumbled Blue Cheese. Optional - sprinkle with celery salt and chopped scallions.
